Order Processing
- Orders are processed and shipped twice a week: Mondays and Thursdays.
- Orders placed after 12pm (noon) on a shipping day will be processed on the next shipping day.
- We thoroughly check all products before shipping to ensure quality.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
- We ship via trusted carriers through ShipStation, connected with Shopify.
- Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout (rates calculated based on destination and order size).
Domestic Shipping (USA)
- Shipping is available to all 50 states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- Delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days after shipment.
International Shipping
- We ship internationally, including to the UK and Europe.
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
- Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
- If you don’t receive tracking info within 48 hours of your shipping date, contact us at support@ralphysworld.com.
Shipping Issues

- We’ll work with you directly to resolve any shipping mistakes or lost packages.
Packaging & Discretion
- All orders are packed securely with care. We add stickers and coupons to enhance your unboxing experience.
- Packaging is discreet—no mention of contents on the exterior.
Legal & Age Verification
- We only ship to customers 21 years or older. Age verification is required at checkout.
- It is your responsibility to ensure products are legal in your area before ordering.
