Orders are processed and shipped twice a week: Mondays and Thursdays.
Orders placed after 12pm (noon) on a shipping day will be processed on the next shipping day. We thoroughly check all products before shipping to ensure quality.
We ship via trusted carriers through ShipStation, connected with Shopify.
Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout (rates calculated based on destination and order size).
Shipping is available to all 50 states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days after shipment.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
If you don’t receive tracking info within 48 hours of your shipping date, contact us at support@ralphysworld.com.

All orders are packed securely with care. We add stickers and coupons to enhance your unboxing experience.
Packaging is discreet—no mention of contents on the exterior.
